This is long overdue and one of the reasons why, is I cant find the right words to describe these people whom I dearly love
A little background on how I ended up with Ms Rhed and her team. I was initially stalking another event planner, but he was already booked on our date and suggested a few names in the industry.
Once I saw her page, I immediately, had butterflies in my tummy! I immediately messaged them and sent them an enquiry with regards to their availability. After which I immediately asked my husband in the wee hours of the morning to deposit the reservation fee. As they say the rest is history.
Im sure everyone would be all praises for all their suppliers, but Ms Rhed is easily one of my favourites. Why?
Lets do this via bullet style to fully explain why you should invest in one of the BEST wedding coordinator.
PROS:
1. She’s very professional.
When i first met her, I got intimidated. She has this no-nonsense vibe in her that would make other people cringe upon seeing her. She knows the industry well and she knows her craft. She would sit down with you and your better half and ask the very common questions every organiser/coordinator would. She also asked us with regards how we would envision our wedding to turn out. And based from that she would be able to suggest suppliers that of course would fit your budget.
She is a trustworthy person. Even her verbal comments is a legal document to other suppliers. She has your best interests at heart and would make sure that you would be stress and hassle free during your wedding.
2. She is resourceful and VERY HONEST.
Resourceful in a sense that she would make sure that you get suppliers that wont rob you and make sure that you get the best value out of your money. In a hindsight she is also very realistic to the point that she always asks, “kaya pa ba?” Pertaining to the budget. She would tell you honest reviews and opinions, but never to the point of persuading you to the suppliers that are “in”. She will guide you all throughout the wedding process. Ours took almost 2 years and I guess by that time she knew my personality, that even when I am just thinking about it, she would message me, About certain suppliers that I have in mind. I do think you need to charge another fee for having “madam auring” skills
3. She will be your FRIEND.
I am speaking based on our experience, but i am sure many would agree about this. She is that friend that acts like the “mother” of all. She will take care of you as if you are her family member, even taking time to buy your favourite “food” and would make sure you are fed
She is that friend that is both a follower and a LEaDER. She makes sure that everyone around her is happy, so that everyone would do their their best and with that kind of happy atmosphere everyone is on their best mood and you would have the best output.
4. She is an ALL-AROUND PERSON.
Me and my husband are the type who always forget if we don’t write it down or don’t act on things immediately. I think she is a silent observer. Taking clues on the personality of the couples she is working with.
She’s like Doraemon, who always have everything ready for emergencies. She would accompany you to everything and be your spokesperson.
She can also be a Hair and make up artist. I experienced this first hand during our prenup shoot. To save on costs, she volunteered to be my glam team alongside with one of my favourite designer Ms Zandra! Blessing in disguise, as we were trying to not exceed our budget.
5. BUDGET FRIENDLY
With all the positive things I experienced from the team I can safely say that she is budget friendly. Im not trying to compare, but you would get your money’s worth and much much more.
6. EVERYONE WILL ENJOY AND REMEMBER
Its an investment having a reliable coordinator and a team thats very efficient and certainly knows what they are doing. Trust me when I say this.
For my wedding, lots of my relatives flew back home to witness our wedding. They said that it was all worth it. The expenses, their jet-lag and all their sweaty body parts , because they were able to witness an event that was classy and grand at the same time. They didn’t even had the time to get bored because Ms Rhed and her brilliant mind made sure that everyone including us will be entertained. From the photo booth, caricature and food carts, everyone had something to do. Everyone was able to mingle and laugh with the other guests while we were having the post-nup shoots.
CONS:
Im not sure if this is even considered a negative about Ms Rhed and her team.
1. SEPARATION ANXIETY
I think this is the hardest one. Ms Rhed has been always there for me all throughout the whole process. For sure i would really MISS her. Imagine someone who’s always online to answer all you queries may it be wedding related or even if it just nonsense. I kept thinking not to give her an in-dept review and be selfish and that way I wouldnt be sharing her with others. But then everyone needs to have a happy ending to their fairytale. And everyone needs to have a taste and experience the creative mind of Ms Rhed and her team.

The guests loved how our wedding was. It was very well organised, well thought of and everyone enjoyed. Everyone was all praises, from the food, styling, photos and everything in between.
Everything was smooth sailing during our wedding. We were able to enjoy and mingle with our guests and everyone stayed till late in the evening, which is how we wanted it to be. I loved how they took care of everyone. Not just us, but our family and guests as well. They were in tuned and aware of the the littlest details and because of that everything was just a breeze. They exceeded my expectations. And would surely recommend and have them again for future events.

Thank you Axel for taking care of my husband and his overactive sweat glands . You made sure to bring along a mini portable fan! Thats a big plus for me. They notice and take time to really know the couple.
